• retrieving images is challenging as I don't know how asynchronous code works in swift with firebase 
• chose to manually load a few (7) images instead
• allowed for connection between EmotionsMainViewController and this view controller 
• depending on the word associated with the button selected in the EmotionsMainViewController, this view will show the images associated with that emotion
• connected this view controller to the EmotionsMainViewController
• altered AppDelegate.swift appropriately
• was previously using it to directly see the changes made to each file

• Description
• "Example: the app currently lets them record their mood, etc.  How about have a set of links to related content stored in a database that you all can update, tied to mood.  If they record "sad" as their mood, the app would send them a link to a nice article about dealing with sadness (or similar).  Note that I am following 20 apps, so if I am not recalling correctly what yours does, apologies.  Hopefully this gives you an idea of what we have in mind for a twist"

During this meeting we decided the following:

• We will finish the basic code functionality by Monday so that we can record a screen recorded demo for our clients and show it to them
• Test cases?
• Meet up at 5:30pm on Wednesday to create the presentation
• Practice the presentation with PresentationU on Friday at 1pm
• Finish the write up on Sunday

I have connected the login, register, and home view controllers to firebase to allow for saving user information in a cloud database.

This week we will focus on writing the code for the basic app functions that we want to implement.
